Madison Hood

Madison joined us in September 2026 as Paralegal to Kirsty Gazzard in our Salisbury office. Her career began in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning in 2023, where she found her passion for assisting people with getting their affairs in order and leaving them with a sense of relief.

Having built her knowledge and clientele around Hampshire, Madison has been brought back to Salisbury after the birth of her son.

Outside of work, Madison started a local group for young mothers to meet, socialise and share experiences. She also enjoys baking, especially bread.
