We are pleased to announce our partnership with Jane Scarth House for Free Wills Month. During the month of March, clients will have the opportunity to have their Wills written, reviewed or updated for free, with donations instead being made to Jane Scarth House.
“At Parker Bullen, we firmly believe in giving back to the community and supporting the causes that matter to our clients,” commented Hannah Chapman, Trainee Solicitor within the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. “We have been working closely with Jane Scarth House and the incredible team there for the last few years and so are delighted we can enhance our collaboration with Free Wills Month. We know that writing your Will can be daunting which is why we wish to make it as accessible as possible and allow people to also donate to a wonderful cause. Those who wish to take part do not have to be users of Jane Scarth House to benefit from the offer.”
Free Wills Month is a national initiative and one that we have supported for many years with a number of charities. The initiative has been highly successful, helping hundreds of individuals secure their assets and ensure their wishes are honoured after they pass away.
Jane Scarth House opened in 1995 and was founded in memory of Romsey resident and mother of two, Jane Scarth, whose family to this day remain closely involved with the work of the charity. The team take pride in providing valuable emotional and practical support to anyone whose life is affected by cancer, whether that is the person living with cancer, or a family member, close friend, carer or partner.
