We are looking for an experienced Solicitor / Legal Executive in our Commercial Property team at Salisbury.  We can consider full or part time working.

The candidate

• 5 years+ Post-Qualified Experience managing a full caseload of commercial property matters;
• Expertise in the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties with and without vacant possession;
• Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant matters;
• Experience in the acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and overage; and
• Acting for lenders and pension schemes in property transactions.

• Thrive under pressure and consistently meets deadlines;
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Can build strong working relationships and work collaboratively;
• Have excellent attention to detail; and
• Be able to work self-sufficiently and as part of a team.
