Sarah Coles

Sarah joined us in October 2025 as an Associate Legal Executive within our Residential Property department, based in our Salisbury office and providing locum cover across all offices.

With over 20 years of experience in Residential Property, Sarah has worked in and around Salisbury since 2001, advising clients on a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership matters. She understands that moving home can often be a stressful and emotional time, especially if her clients are first time buyers, or are having to move due to a change in their life, such as divorce. With this in mind, she aims to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible by offering clear advice, pragmatic solutions and reassurance every step of the way.

After beginning her career as an Office Junior at a local law firm, Sarah progressed through secretarial and paralegal roles before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in 2010 and has since worked with several respected firms across the South. More recently, she gained national experience in a technical role with a large firm, handling complex property transactions across England and Wales.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her young daughter, keeping busy with family activities at the weekend.
