Niki joined the firm in October 2022 alongside Sarah Dureau when our Witney office first opened. Following the growth of the team in a short space of time, Niki now supports both Sarah and Terri Anson-Dean, who joined the firm in August 2023, and carries out all of the support and administration of the Witney office.
As a highly organised, self-motivated and forward-thinking person, Niki is a huge asset to our Witney based team. She prides herself on being proactive and anticipating requirements from both her clients and colleagues so that, as a team, they can offer the best possible service. Her goal is to achieve a good outcome for all of their clients, supporting and appreciating their needs through a courteous and efficient approach at all times.
Niki began working in a legal office at the age of 18, initially as a Receptionist and then as a Secretary. She very quickly moved in to roles that provided fuller support to various lawyers and senior members of staff and then progressed to becoming a personal assistant.
Being at Parker Bullen, Niki feels valued and supported when making choices about how she may be able to improve her own knowledge and working environment. Having an agile working policy enables her to give her best to the firm without any detriment to her personal and family life.
