Harriet Burt

Associate Solicitor

Harriet Burt is an Associate Solicitor in our Salisbury office, having joined the Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning team in May 2025. She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), estate and succession planning, probate, and trust advice.

She began her legal career with a training contract at a high street firm before moving to a regional practice, where she focused on international and cross-border matters. Her experience then expanded further at another regional firm, where she worked closely with agricultural and farming clients, developing a wide-ranging practice.

With a particular interest in the diversity of Wills, probate, and estate planning work, she values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with individuals and families. She is committed to ensuring her clients feel at ease and fully informed when making important decisions about their future and their loved ones. Her broad client base keeps her work both varied and rewarding.

Outside the office, she enjoys long countryside walks with her family and two dogs; a Wirehaired Hungarian Vizsla and a Standard Poodle. Cooking is another passion, and she loves hosting and preparing feasts for friends and loved ones.
