Cheryl rejoined Parker Bullen in October 2025 as Partner and Head of Risk and Compliance, leading our approach to quality, efficiency and regulatory excellence. Her work ensures that our clients continue to receive the highest standards of service, underpinned by integrity, transparency and care in every matter we handle.

Having first begun her career with Parker Bullen LLP in 1988, Cheryl has built over three decades of experience within the legal profession. After spending time with several South coast practices following home moves, she returned to Parker Bullen LLP to focus on the ever-growing field of risk and compliance, using her extensive knowledge of legal practice to support colleagues and enhance our operational standards.

Before moving into her current leadership role, Cheryl gained significant experience across Company and Commercial, Banking Litigation, Contentious Trust and Probate, and Estate Administration and Trusts. Her work has been featured in national publications and the All England Law Reports, reflecting her depth of expertise and commitment to excellence.

An Associate of CILEX and member of the Law Society Risk and Compliance Section, Cheryl enjoys problem-solving and developing streamlined processes that allow our lawyers to focus on what they do best; practising the law. She encourages her team to think creatively, challenge convention and reach their professional goals.
