We believe in recognising the dedication and talent of every member of our team which is why we have recently launched of our new Career Pathway; an initiative that provides clear avenues for advancement for all our staff, regardless of their background or role within the firm.

This innovative Career Pathway is about empowering every individual to take control of their professional development journey. Whether they are a seasoned legal professional or a vital part of our business support team, there’s a route open for them. We understand that career development isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey, and our new initiative reflects our commitment to supporting the diverse aspirations and ambitions of our employees.

The rollout of our Career Pathway program has seen the introduction of new tiers to our progression including Senior Associates, Senior Solicitors and Executive roles. Due to these new titles, we are delighted to announce that several of our hardworking team members have transitioned into new roles that represent their current status and give them the platform to take the next steps in their career over the coming years. These are significant milestones for our employees, highlighting the value we place on the contributions of every individual within our firm.

Gareth Horner, Managing Partner, commented, “We firmly believe that career progression should be inclusive and transparent. That’s why our Career Pathway platform provides clear guidance and support at every stage, ensuring that all staff members have access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. Whether it’s through skills expansion, business development support, or specialised training, we’re committed to investing in the growth and success of our team.  By celebrating the achievements of all our staff members and recognising their hard work, we’re not only investing in our team’s future but also reaffirming our commitment to being a leading employer in our industry.”
