Bethan is a solicitor in the Parker Bullen Private Client team. Bethan trained with the firm in two other departments and qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.
During her training, Bethan spent a year in the Private Client department and has gained considerable experience in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting clients with Inheritance Tax Planning and Probate matters.
Clients have often commented on Bethan’s ability to explain matters in a clear and efficient manner and she offers a friendly yet professional approach to assisting clients with their matters.
Bethan is now working towards becoming a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is studying for her STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Bethan attended St Mary’s Shaftesbury before going to Oxford Brookes University to study English at Undergraduate Level. Bethan then obtained her GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. While studying for her GDL and LPC Bethan volunteered as an adviser for the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Centre for Domestic Violence.
