Bethan is a Solicitor in the Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department, having joined the firm in 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualifying in September 2020.
During her training, Bethan spent a year in the department and has gained considerable experience in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting clients with Inheritance Tax Planning and Probate matters.
Clients have often commented on Bethan’s ability to explain matters in a clear and efficient manner and she offers a friendly yet professional approach to assisting clients with their matters.
Bethan is now working towards becoming a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is studying for her STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Bethan attended St Mary’s Shaftesbury before going to Oxford Brookes University to study English at Undergraduate Level. She then obtained her GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. While studying for her GDL and LPC, Bethan volunteered as an adviser for the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Centre for Domestic Violence.
