Having qualified in 2007, Gareth joined our highly regarded Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Department in February 2018 and was appointed as Managing Partner in July 2019. Gareth is an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and offers clients a clear, concise and personal service.
He is able to advise on all aspects of Private Client Law to include Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax and long term care costs. Acting for a number of individual clients, business owners, farmers, charities and trustees, Gareth often deals with complicated multi million pound estates, ensuring all matters are dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner.
Prior to joining Parker Bullen, Gareth worked for a number of local firms, including Lemon & Co Solicitors between 2007 – 2013 and Barker Son & Isherwood LLP from 2013-2018.
