Karen joined our Residential Property department in 2021 having worked in law firms since leaving school in 1979, specialising in Residential Conveyancing.
In her role, Karen deals with both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, Transfer of Equity, Forces Help to Buy as well as Government Help to Buy schemes and has built an enviable reputation and strong relationships with local agents in Andover.
Helping clients to have a stress-free transaction, Karen speaks to them in simple language terms to enable them to have a better understanding of the transaction. She tries to fulfil the client’s expectations to the best of her ability.
Prior to joining the firm, Karen started as a Secretary at Clarke and Son in Basingstoke and had in house training to become a Conveyancing Executive. She ha worked for a variety of other firms including Middletons, (previously known as DBB Solicitors, Parkes Browne, Parkes and Co) Sears and Co, Footners, Driver and co and Paul Chong.
