Nikki joined as Assistant Finance Controller in 1993, following 12 years experience in varying commercial businesses. She became Practice Administrator in 2001, and was promoted to Head of Finance and Administration in 2010. On April 1st 2024, Nikki become the first non-legally trained employee to ascend to the Partnership.
As Head of Finance and Administration Nikki is part of the Management Team responsible for delivering against the strategic goals, and budgets set by the Executive Board. Nikki is also the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration.
With an accountancy background gained in such diverse business sectors as Engineering, Construction, Retail and Manufacturing, she brings a practical approach to the Finance and Administration function.
