Jo joined our Salisbury based Residential Conveyancing department in 2021 as Conveyancing Executive. In her role, she helps her clients with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, including first time buyers moving into their first homes, buy to let investors increasing their property portfolios, families moving to larger properties, and people wishing to downsize. Additionally, Jo can also advice on transfers of equity and remortgages, striving to achieve a stress-free transaction by being proactive and approachable.
Prior to joining us, Jo worked at another local law firm for 27 years, initially in their Family department before spending the last five years in their Residential Property team. She then went on to another firm for five years, also in Conveyancing.
As always, I have been delighted with the service that Parker Bullen has provided, but would like to add, for the record, how much I have appreciated your role in this transaction given all the ups and downs we’ve encountered.
