Nikki joined our Residential Property team based in Salisbury in July 2023 as a Licensed Conveyancer, bringing with her several years’ experience on a range of matters, from sales, purchases, remortgages, voluntary lease extensions and more.

Having qualified in May 2021, Nikki learnt valuable skills during the Stamp Duty holiday implemented during Covid-19 and it was at this time that her passion for assisting first time buyers and elderly clients in particular grew.  As this may be a new or unfamiliar process for them, Nikki is keen to take the time to explain the legal issues at hand with empathy and patience so that any decisions made are done so with the full facts at hand.  Working in the world of property law brings with it certain complexities; an area that Nikki thrives in.  She enjoys the challenges that may arise in more technical matters such as transfers of equity or first registrations where deeds may be missing or lost.

It is not only with her clients that Nikki enjoys building a relationship with but also with the estate agents who are part of the sale or purchase.  Collaboration is key to minimising stress for their mutual clients, therefore Nikki’s goal is always to create a harmonious working relationship with the agents involved to allow a seamless experience during the exciting time of moving home.

Her approach is well aligned to that of Parker Bullen where we take the time to get to know our clients, offering legal advice and assistance wherever it may be needed in the lives of our client.  Nikki believes that this holistic approach is rare to find in law firms, which makes her proud to be part of a team that delivers such a high level of service to valued clients.
