“From the start they were very clear about what they could do and how they would work on our behalf.” (Legal 500 2020).
“Mark was readily available at all times to answer questions. This is unusual as at many firms you often have to deal with someone more junior.” (Legal 500 2020).
“The firm was well organised and quick to respond to any contact and were able to provide swift answers to any query.” (Legal 500 2020).
Mark has been described by the Legal 500 in 2020 as ‘the stand-out lawyer at Parker Bullen’ in his role as the practice head for Corporate and Commercial work, heading up a practice which handles such work across the technology, healthcare and professional services sectors, as well as having experience handling charity sector work. The Commercial Department carries out corporate transactions, fundraisings, restructurings and joint ventures, as well as advising on intellectual property matters. In Mark’s view all the lawyers at Parker Bullen are ‘stand-out’ lawyers.
Mark is delighted to be our partner responsible for trainee recruitment and supervision. During this ambitious phase of Parker Bullen’s growth, our trainees form a vital part in our firm and its future.
