Emma joined the Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department in 2022 as a Paralegal, having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2012. She previously dealt with residential conveyancing matters and joined the firm to help fulfil her ambition of becoming a Private Client lawyer. To facilitate the change in specialisms, Emma is studying in her spare time for CILEX Certificates in Wills & Succession Law and Probate Practice.
Emma can help clients with Probate & Estate Administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters, with her focus on being approachable and assisting clients in the most efficient way possible.
Prior to joining the firm, Emma obtained a degree in Criminology, before joining Talbot Walker LLP in 2003 as a Legal Secretary. She progressed to Associate before leaving the firm in 2021 to pursue a career in Private Client law.
