Clare is a consultant solicitor in our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. She helps clients with all aspects of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate. Her focus is on helping clients through the process as easily as possible and to give them the confidence that they have the right planning in place pre and post death.
Clare studied Theological Studies at Exeter University. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, working in law firms in Reading and Richmond and then at Ispat International Ltd before attending the College of Law in Guildford to gain her LPC to become a qualified solicitor.
She qualified in 2005, gaining extensive experience in the drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and obtaining Grants of Probate and Estate Administration in the last five years, since she returned to her career after having her 4 children.
