Tricia joined our Family Law department in 2000 before becoming Partner in 2005, dealing with all aspects of family law with the department being very highly regarded both locally and internationally within the profession.  Tricia is a trained collaborative lawyer, so is able to help her clients find a non-litigious, workable solution to family and financial problems which can arise from the breakdown of a relationship.

Having been in practice for over 40 years, Tricia is very much aware of the consequences and issues which arise for families and children when a relationship breaks down. Tricia works closely with her clients to support them and to resolve all issues as sensitively, efficiently and economically as possible.

The family department at Parker Bullen, Salisbury have been absolutely amazing at helping me navigate my way through a very tricky time. Tricia and her team are always there to chat and put your mind at ease, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are extremely professional yet approachable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tricia was commissioned into HM Territorial Army in 1977 and served until 1984 when she “married into the Army”!  She has accompanied her husband on various tours of duty so is well versed in the challenges of forces life.  While in Germany, Tricia sat as a Lay Assessor hearing Court cases involving dependents, worked for the Youth Training Scheme and also taught aerobics!

Prior to joining us, Tricia trained at local law firm, Wilsons, before being admitted as Solicitor of Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland in 1978 and England and Wales in 1993.  Following her qualification, she worked in private practice until 1982 before moving to the local government central services agency between 1982 and 1984.  She then returned to private practice, working at Lemon Line and Felton between 1993 and 1998, and Baily & Goff Solicitors between 1998 and 2000.
