Richard is currently a Consultant having worked with us since 1979. Having been a Partner in the firm for 40 years he now focusses on three principal areas of law.
Firstly, he can support clients with defence of criminal prosecutions, ranging from minor assaults to very serious sexual offences including rape, as well as serious assaults such as gbh and suffocation. Additionally, he works to defend motor prosecutions, ranging from minor cases to the most serious offences, including dangerous driving and drink/drug driving prosecutions. Finally, he can also advise clients in areas of marine law, advising and providing representation including sales, purchases and mortgages of all types of craft including superyachts, as well as disputes as to ownership, surveys and contracts.
