Nicola Macfadyen

Nicola joined us in January 2025 as Senior Assistant in our Residential Property team based in our Salisbury office. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most stressful experiences, and is committed to making the process as smooth as possible. She believes that clear, efficient communication and a friendly, approachable manner are vital in helping to ease client’s concerns.

Guiding clients through the complexities of conveyancing and helping them achieve their property goals, whether they are buying their first home, investing in a dream move, or another significant life change, Nicola gets great satisfaction helping her clients. With a background working in an Accountants office, Residential and Commercial Property at local firms, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Outside of work, Nicola’s Cavapoo, Albie, keeps her busy, even joining her in the office. Her ideal Sunday includes long dog walks on the beach or in the forest, ideally with a pub stop along the way. She also loves trying new restaurants and exploring new places whenever she can.
