Client Onboarding Assistant

Lina joined us in July 2025 as a Client Onboarding Assistant within our Andover Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team. She plays a crucial role in the onboarding process by communicating with the client in an understandable and effective way, gathering the key information and ensuring a smooth handover to the legal team.


Before her time here, Lina already had extensive experience in customer service roles having worked at the National Museum of the Royal Navy, and Stonehenge to improve visitor experiences. In her words “I enjoy being one of the first points of contact for our clients, being there to answer any queries they may have before being passed onto the relevant colleague.”
 
Away from the office, Lina has a particular interest in travelling to new destinations abroad, as well as reading, art galleries, horse riding and museums. Her interest in History helped her achieve a BA (Hons) in History and go onto complete an MA in History.
