Senior Legal Executive

James joined us in January 2025 as a Senior Legal Executive in our Residential and Commercial Property team in Romsey. Helping clients successfully complete their property transactions, whether they’re first time buyers or seasoned investors, James takes great pride in his attention to detail and ability to translate complex legal jargon into clear, practical advice, ensuring clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

With a conveyancing career of over 22 years, he brings a wealth of experience, having spent 11 years at two large regional law firms before taking an in-house role with Taylor Wimpey UK Limited, where he worked in the legal function for nine years. He returned to working in Residential and Commercial Property in 2022.

Outside of work, James lives with his family in Fair Oak, Hampshire. He is a keen cyclist; he has completed several long-distance challenges, including a three day charity ride from London to Paris. When not on his bike, he enjoys discovering new coffee, building Lego creations, and walking Hobbs, his Golden Retriever.
