Hannah joined our firm in September 2020 as a Solicitor in our Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department, assisting clients with ensuring their personal affairs are in order. In 2023, Hannah completed her qualifications for STEP, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. Following two years of study and examinations, Hannah is now part of an elite organisation demonstrating her specialist knowledge in inheritance and succession planning. In recognition of her dedication, hard work and tenacity over her years with us, we were delighted to see Hannah promoted to Associate in November 2023.
Hannah is able to advise on Wills, Powers of Attorney, tax and estate planning. She also administers estates and Trusts of varying size and complexity. She is known for providing a personable and compassionate service, putting clients at ease and providing detailed yet complex advice in a clear and simple way.
As a Dementia Friend, Hannah works closely with clients who have been diagnosed with dementia and their families. She is also experienced at working with clients who need additional support and guidance when putting in place their affairs, such as clients who are supported under a Deputyship Order. Hannah is also now part of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a community that supports vulnerable and older people with the right legal advice.
