Gina Smith

Following the merger with Kirklands Solicitors LLP in May 2024, Gina Smith joined us as a Legal Secretary in the Residential Property department, based in the Totton office. In her role, she supports Jill Donbavand in delivering conveyancing services, helping clients buy or sell their home. Prior to joining Kirklands in January 2023, Gina worked for over 17 years as an Estate Agent, gaining extensive experience in the property sector and client service.

Her background has given her a strong understanding of the pressures clients can face during legal processes, and she is passionate about making every step as smooth and stress-free as possible. Gina particularly enjoys building relationships with clients from the initial enquiry stage through to completion, always aiming to provide a friendly and reassuring presence. 

Outside of work, Gina enjoys long walks with her dog Archie who also regularly joins her in the office, socialising with friends, and spending quality time on family holidays.
