Having qualified in 2007, Gareth joined our highly regarded Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Department in February 2018 and was appointed as Managing Partner in July 2019. Gareth is an accredited member of the Association for Lifetime Lawyers and offers clients a clear, concise and personal service.

He is able to advise on all aspects of Private Client Law to include Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax and long term care planning.  Acting for a number of individual clients, business owners, farmers, charities and trustees, Gareth often deals with complicated multi-million pound estates, ensuring all matters are dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner.

Over his years working in the legal industry and his time as Managing Partner, Gareth prides himself on building good relationships with his clients and staff, making himself available as much as time permits.  Part of that service with his clients is to provide advice in an understandable manner so they feel relaxed and are given the opportunity to express their concerns in an environment that is suitable to them.

Would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Gareth, Ashley and the team at Andover for their guidance and help in sorting my late Mother’s Estate out. Nothing was too much trouble and when I wasn’t sure what or which way to turn they were always there to explain and show me what was happening. Thank you again.

Following his qualification in 2007, Gareth worked for a number of local firms, working his way up until he was promoted to Head of the Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department in 2013, remaining there until his move to Parker Bullen in 2018.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys coaching his children's football teams, and is a season ticket holder at Southampton FC.  When he is not pitch-side, he can be found on the golf course either socially or as part of charity golf days.
