Bethan is an Associate in our Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department based in Salisbury, having joined the firm in 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualifying in September 2020.  After two years of further study, she is now a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having qualified in February 2024.

During her time as a Trainee Solicitor, her first seat was in the Wills, Probate & Estate planning department and she didn’t want to do anything else from that point on. Each day is different, she gets to meet and act for a wide and diverse range of clients who all have interesting and varied backgrounds and stories to share.

Being a Solicitor in the department means that she is able to help clients at a time when they need it the most; in circumstances where they are facing their own mortality, they have lost a loved one or are out of their depth and need guidance. Bethan finds satisfaction in helping her clients make sense out of the chaos and assist them in finding a way forward.

Her clients often comment on her ability to make their life easier, reduce their stress and ensure they have a good understanding of the work Bethan will complete for them. After several years of specialising in this area and with her STEP qualification, Bethan is now more than familiar with the ins and outs of this area of law, able to deal with complex issues that arise with the support of her team.

Excellent service provided by Bethan Creasey at Parker Bullen, when we saw her in connection with making our Wills. She has considerable expertise in her area of law, and was able to give us excellent advice. We found her kind and reassuring and we are very grateful for the help she gave us.

Bethan Creasey was extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She was timely with responses to our questions. I feel confident that she would support my Executors/Trustees appropriately in the event of my demise, and am happy to leave my affairs in her very capable hands.

During this somewhat long process Bethan has kept me updated regularly and has been very helpful in matters concerning the outcome. I am very satisfied with everything that Bethan has done for me.

A first class from a professional company. Our solicitor Bethan Creasey provided us with a friendly, clear and reliable service. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with her and her assistant Kirsty. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

Absolutely delighted with the fantastic service and help from Bethan over the past few weeks- real empathy and professionalism merged into one and a real credit to your company- I would not only use her again I would reccomend her to anyone, and all this over the phone.

Prior to joining the firm, Bethan attended St Mary’s Shaftesbury before going to Oxford Brookes University to study English at Undergraduate Level. She then obtained her GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. While studying for her GDL and LPC, Bethan volunteered as an adviser for the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Centre for Domestic Violence.

Bethan has seen many highlights in addition to her STEP qualification.  In September 2022, she re-launched the Salisbury Junior Professionals networking group acting as Chair of the Committee, and she is a regular presenter for talks in the local community, such as in care homes, Salisbury Cathedral and hosting Military Wills Clinics.

A positive advocate for life at Parker Bullen, Bethan embraces the welcoming ethos we represent; no matter who the member of staff is, everyone is approachable and friendly. She feels thoroughly supported due to the regular engagement with employees on how they are feeling, and is comfortable that the Partners are open to suggestions on improving both the client and employee experience.

Her friendly approach extends to her work with her colleagues; Bethan is a firm believer that team work makes the dream work, placing strong emphasis on her team to work together the achieve the client's end goal.

Outside of work, Bethan enjoys travelling, keeping fit in the gym and out cycling, reading, walking the dogs and brunching with friends.
