Adam Pinkney

Adam joined our Family Law department in August 2022 after qualifying as a Solicitor in March of the same year. He is based in our Romsey office and supports our clients in a variety of matters including divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation and unmarried couples, children arrangements, domestic abuse, as well as pre and post nuptial agreements.

He takes pride in helping clients in an empathetic and calming manner, as he understands that family disputes can be one of the most acrimonious and emotional times in a person’s life. Adam’s focus is on helping clients to resolve their matter fairly and amicably. He is always keen to ensure that a client is provided with advice in a straightforward and understandable manner, without unwanted legal jargon.

In his desire for providing the best service and advice for his clients, Adam has also completed the Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme, the scheme that recognises excellence in the practice of Family Law.

A big thanks to Adam and the team for the work they’ve done. I really appreciate it. Just for the record, any further issues I have in the future, I will come to you guys first and I will be highly recommending you guys to friends, family and other people.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam gained his LLB Hons degree from Reading University as well as his LLM (LPC) degree from the University of Law in Guildford. Following his studies, he spent several years as a Family Law Paralegal at a Southampton based firm before moving to our Romsey office.
