Role: Compliance Assistant

We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our Compliance Team in the Salisbury office.

The role

The role will consist of the following duties;

• Regulatory monitoring;
• Risk Assessments;
• Compliance mapping;
• Workflows;
• Know your client (KYC);
• Client Due Diligence (CDD);
• Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD);
• Use of KYC platforms;
• Ongoing monitoring;
• Business structures to include limited companies and trusts;
• Politically Exposed Persons (PEP);
• Sanctions screening;
• Source of Funds and Source of Wealth; and
• Regulation applicable to Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

The candidate

The candidate will have the following skills;

• Good general knowledge of personal finances regarding SOF / SOW;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with high volume transactions;
• Effective communication skills in sensitive scenarios;
• High degree of confidentiality;
• Experience of case management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel;
• A background in law and specifically property transactions is an advantage; and
• Good interpretation of policy and regulatory guidance.
