When dealing with overseas transactions which require documents to be witnessed and validated, you will need the legal expertise of a specialist lawyer known as a Notary Public.
A Notary Public will authenticate your documents and transactions for use outside of the UK and also arrange for documents to be legalised at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) with the apostille and/or at foreign embassies or equivalent authorities where needed.
The charging structure is a simple set scale of charges for straightforward notarial work. This includes the fees payable to the FCO, embassies and agents we use.
For more involved legal advice, such as Legal Opinions where you will be informed on the legal effect of a transaction and identify potential risks for consideration, the charge estimates are based on an hourly rate.
Mark Lello holds the office of Notary Public, which is regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
Mark performs notary services for private individuals and businesses.
