Grievances and Disciplinary

We provide legal guidance if you are an employee facing a grievance or disciplinary procedure and we can offer our expertise in a number of ways:

As your representative we will be looking to ensure that the appropriate procedure is followed so that it is both legally correct and fair.
If correct procedure is not followed, we can advise you as to your rights. This is with regard to both the underlying employment rights, but also your right to have had the correct procedures followed.
If you fall foul of a disciplinary procedure, we will ensure that your record of employment with that particular employer is not unduly prejudiced.
