In the first of our Reimagining Business webinars, our trainee commercial lawyers shared their commercial knowledge by introducing attendees to a method of business modelling known as the Business Model Canvas; a tool which can help business leaders understand how well their business converts its resources through its promises into its planned outcomes.
Through a case study example, attendees observed how the Business Model Canvas can be applied to a business operation and how doing so can help businesses understand why certain things happen and how efficiently the business is delivering on its promises.
