With lockdown restrictions easing it’s time to help people move house.  For the ‘lockdown weeks’ most property transactions stalled given the restrictions imposed on viewing properties and moving house.  Now the government has announced that we can get moving again.

We are incredibly indebted to the NHS for all they have been, and are, doing for us all.  And that’s why we will donate £25 to the NHS for each and every property transaction we are instructed on from now until the end of June.

But that’s not all, we also want to go further and provide additional thanks to all our amazing key workers.

Last month we were delighted to introduce a 50% off Wills scheme for key workers.  We are pleased to continue to offer this until at least the end of May.  But now we want to do a bit more to help people get moving AND help the NHS and key workers.

That’s why we’re offering a 10% discount to all key workers who instruct us for their property purchases and sales. This is as well as the donation of £25 for every property transaction we are instructed on – from everyone, not just key workers.

Both these offers will run until at least the end of June and are not reliant on the property transaction completing before the end of June, simply that we are instructed by this date.

You would think that a law firm would have a long list of terms and conditions for such an offer.  We don’t.  Basically, if you’re a key worker – as defined by the government – you can have the discounts e.g. a 50% discount off the usual cost of a basic Will or a 10% discount off our usual fees for property transactions.
