We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for Property Law Firm of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards.
With offices in Andover, Romsey and Salisbury, we have grown significantly in the last 12 months, particularly within the Residential and Commercial Property departments of the firm. In being shortlisted, we have been able to demonstrate our success and ambition in the property market, as well as being able to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
Tom Bessant, Head of our Property department, spoke of the nomination, “This is an incredibly exciting time for us. The last twelve months have seen considerable expansion for the department, not only in the number of new clients but also in the extension of our team and the launch of our new office in Romsey. We are overhauling the client experience and currently trialling new, innovative ways to streamline their time with us, improving the administration process involved in the conveyancing procedure. We have also made significant progress evaluating the life of our employees, developing new employee benefits, enhancing the offering they receive during their career with us, ensuring they are satisfied and looked after which will inevitably lead to a positive experience for our clients. This award nomination is recognition of their hard work and dedication to our clients, the firm and the local communities we serve.”
The South Coast Property Awards celebrate the best in property across the South Coast region, and will be held on Thursday 29th September at the Ageas Bowl, hosted by Marcus Brigstocke.
