Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive – Andover
As our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department continues to grow across our four offices, we are now recruiting for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join us in our friendly and professional team based in Andover. This is an exciting time for us as a firm with our new office opening in Witney and new Employee Benefits launched in 2022 and we are now looking for the right person to join us and be a part of our plans for the future.
The candidate
The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
- Experienced lawyer with 5 years + PQE
- STEP qualification advantageous but not a necessity
- Confident communicator with clients and team members
- Experience of training/mentoring
- A broad knowledge of Private Client matters
The role
Due to the nature of the role and the close working relationships within the department, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake their legal work and deliver excellent customer service, while also supporting their colleagues with their questions and supporting us to promote the firm:
- You will take existing work from within the team, which will include a variety of Trusts, Probate and Estate, Wills, LPAs and Estate Planning cases
- You will be asked to support the existing junior members of the Andover team in their career and professional development
- In order to grow the awareness of our firm in Andover and continue our work in the community, you will be required to work closely with the Marketing and business development team on their initiatives
