Role: Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive

We have been established in Salisbury for many years and due to our reputation and growing visibility in the community, we are looking to expand our Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department based in the city. Ideally, we are seeking someone at a senior level with experience of supporting their colleagues with client related queries and training needs, however we are open to candidates with any level of experience as, primarily, we are eager to find the right personality to fit into this approachable and hard-working team.
The candidate
The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualified either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Confident communicator with clients and team members
- A good technical knowledge of Private Client matters
- Working on and progressing your own caseload of client matters
- Comfortable with networking and willing to support with local marketing initiatives and developing our local presence in the community
The role
The successful candidate will work independently while supporting the team, undertaking their own legal work and building a varied caseload of Wills, LPA, Probate and other Private Client matters. They will have opportunities to build our profile in Salisbury and the surrounding areas with networking and marketing opportunities.
While the working hours are 9am until 5.30pm based in our Salisbury office, we do offer an agile working policy which can be discussed upon application.
