Contentious Trusts and Estates Lawyer
Due to expansion within our Private Client team we have a new role available for a Contentious Trusts and Estates Lawyer. The role would fit comfortably into our Salisbury, Andover or Romsey office also with flexibility to work from home.
We are looking for an experienced Solicitor/Lawyer who would assist our one existing contentious trusts and estates Solicitor. Reporting to the Head of our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Department the successful candidate would take on some existing cases within the firm, support the non-contentious fee earners within the department in matters where disputes arise or are expected and there is also scope within the role to spend time on business development and generating new clients.
The skills we are looking for in a successful candidate are:

- Empathetic.
- An eye for detail.
- Commercially astute with commerciality at the heart of litigation.
- A broad knowledge of CTE matters.
- Comfortable working as part of a Team or independently.
