Immigration client who approached us to deal with an appeal after two refusals – the appeal was a success
I cut my teeth in the police stations of Cardiff and Bristol specialising in immigration and criminal advice. On moving to Wiltshire, I continued in that sphere and expanded into a balanced caseload of criminal and civil work.
As a general litigator I have considerable experience of employment and education cases and I specialise in capacity, learning needs and discrimination. My commitment to criminal and immigration remains and I have acted for members of all the forces, including the police.
I thoroughly enjoy the mixed bag that is litigation work
