Career: An assistant in the Private Client Department of Parker Bullen. Cheryl has been in practice for 19 years: for the last 14 years specialising in litigation, and now contested probate. Cheryl’s experience ranges from cases heard in the County Court to the Court of Appeal. Cheryl has also written articles in the Trusts and Estates Journal, with cases published in the Times and All England Law Reports.
