Chris Gwinn

On the day we achieved our court order I did ask Tim if he would convey our thanks to you for all the work you did to achieve that very pleasing result. May I reiterate that now. It is certainly my belief that without you we wouldn’t have made it and I’m hugely grateful.

City trained, I have broad experience of all aspects of Company and Commercial work, with particular strength in advising owner managed businesses across a range of industries. I also have wide knowledge of employment law and am able to advise business clients in this area.

I work from the firm’s Andover office and am one of two sponsors for the firm's Affiliate Membership of the British Franchise Association.

I advise clients in relation to the following areas of legal work

Army Officer (Light Infantry) 1985-94; Trainee at Field & Co, London EC4 1996-7; Assistant Solicitor at Parker Bullen 1998-2010; Associate Solicitor at Parker Bullen LLP 2010 to date.

I was delighted with all aspects of the support which we received from Chris Gwinn and Tim Crarer. They were confident and expert in a new and fast changing area of the law. They were able to answer all my questions, explaining difficult concepts in terms that I could readily understand. They quickly resolved the complex legal issues which resulted from the school’s long history. The whole process was smooth and hassle free, saving me enormous amounts of time and leaving me to concentrate on running the school. A pleasure to work with and highly professional
